Decorate Kites

This is a lesson that reinforces previous lessons learned: drawing straight lines, using the paintbucket, and stampers.

Around March, it is windy where I live. Some people enjoy flying kites. We review how to switch from the squiggly to straight line tool, select solid, pattern, or gradient paint buckets, and use various size stamp sets. I teach the students how to draw a horizontal line to create a horizon filled with blue above and green below for grass and sky.
